The U13A wonwhich was a great way to lead into the U13 county tournament next 16-6 and the U13B won 8-1. week. They lost 3-14 to NULS and 3-12 to Wolverhampton Grammar. The team visited Wrekin College for a netball fixture on Saturday 21stOn 15th February the U13A team had their County tournament at January. The U13 team lost 11-19. Player of the match went to ImogenHaberdashers Abraham Darby. They were in a tough draw for the plate Spencer Blow.and faced Wrekin College in their first match. It was a competitive game with both sides displaying good discipline and skill, but unfortunately the On 24th January the U13B hosted Moreton School. The girls becamegirls lost 3-6. In the second game, Ellesmere played their own game and more confident as the match went on and won 7-4. Player of the matchwon 2-9 against Morton Hall. The hardest game of the day was against went to Ellie Winn.Thomas Telford and the girls lost 0-12 against a very strong side. The girls ended with a convincing 11-0 win against Bridgenorth. February 4th the team travelled to The Kings School Chester forOn Saturday 4th March the U13A team visited Oswestry School for a a triangular fixture. The U13A team faced Kings Chester in a nicefriendly match. Spencer Blow lead the side to a convincing 18-9 win. The competitive game. Ellesmere lost 6-16 but they competed hard until thegame was competitive at times but Ellesmere stuck to their game plan and final whistle. Player of the match went to Emily Males. The second gamedisplayed brilliant sportsmanship. was against a skilful NULS team and, despite some excellent attacking play by Ellesmere, the defence were challenged and NULS won 10-16. The girlsOn Saturday 23rd March Ellesmere visited Wolverhampton Grammar ended their day with a convincing 15-3 win against Kings Chester B. PlayerSchool. At times the girls stuck to their game plan but unfortunately lost of the match went to Imogen Spencer Blow.to a well-disciplined Wolverhampton side, losing 7-32. Due to an unsettling third quarter, Morton fought back, and theseason. They ended on a high, winning 9-3, 9-5 and 4-0 against Welshpool teams drew 9-9.U13A, U13B and U13A teams.
