b'OE Rugby 2019 v 2020On Saturday 4th of September, approximately 40 Old Ellesmerians returned to College to take part in the first annual OE v OE rugby match; a game that replaces the previously traditional fixture of the OEs v the 1st XV,which has not taken place since 2018 due to a change inRFU regulations.This was the first match to be played on the 1st XV pitch in over two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the boys could not have looked prouder.A friendly, but highly contested, match was played.
