Complaints Procedure for Parents

Parent - Those with Parental Responsibility (ie legal responsibility for the child) of a current pupil who, by definition, is still on the school roll.

The College sets great store by good working relationships with parents and it is to be hoped that matters of concern to parents can be resolved on an informal basis, with both the school and the parents working together in an attitude of common sense and goodwill.

However, if a parent wishes to make a formal complaint, he or she can expect the complaint to be handled in line with the following complaints procedure.
