Sixth Form Create 2007 Calendar

During the past few weeks, the Sixth Form at Ellesmere have been devising a calendar depicting life at the School.

As part of their fund-raising efforts a group of Upper Sixth Form students have designed and been responsible for the creation of a 2007 calendar which has been on sale to parents, pupils, staff and Old Ellesmerians during the various end of term activities.

Abigail Merrill, Head Girl, who has been one of the team instrumental in the creation of this year's calendar, commented 'We have some very creative pupils in the Sixth Form who have taken great care to produce a fun calendar which tries to capture the variety of opportunity that exists at the School. Staff and pupils alike have been happy to pose in the photos and we are very pleased with the finished article. We have sold over four hundred calendars and the money raised will go towards a memorable leavers' ball at the end of the Summer Term.'
