our guest speaker at the College Dinner Dance on Saturday 21st April.

Ranulph will be speaking
on Beyond the Limits - Lessons learned from a Lifetimes Adventure and will be available at the end of the evening to
sign his book of the same title.
As well as being inspired by Sir Ranulph, you will dance the
night away with one of Londons top bands The Superlatives play at events all around the UK and
internationally in cities such as Milan, Dubai, Cannes, Paris and Munich. Some of their more prestigious venues included: The Dorchester and Grosvenor
House Hotels, The Ritz and the Lansdowne Club as well as Wentworth Golf Club
and The Madinat, Jumeirah Beach Resort in Dubai and now Ellesmere College!
The Black Tie Dinner
is the culmination of a superb weekend of events for Old Ellesmerians. All the College facilities are available to you through
Saturday with archery in the old gym, rifle shooting on the College range and a
Golf Master Class with Stuart Tunit Penrose. In the afternoon there will be OE
sports competitions where you can purchase a hog roast, enjoy the beer tent and
take the opportunity to try your hand at Clay Shooting on Parrys Field.
A wine tasting starts the evening at 6.30pm before a Champagne Reception at
7.30pm and the College Dinner at 8.00pm after which we will welcome Sir Ranulph
Fiennes and later be entertained until the early hours by The Superlatives.
Accommodation is available for Old Ellesmerians at the following rates to save booking a hotel or
driving home at the end of the dinner.
Parents and staff are also very welcome to join us for the Dinner Dance but places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
The weekend is complete with a Sunday morning service in St Oswalds Chapel led by the
College Chaplain.
