Boys Win North Shropshire U19 Tenis Tournament

The College Boys' tennis team recently won the North Shropshire U19 Tennis Tournament.

The team, aged between 12 and 18 were James King, Christian Cieslik, James Norman and Mark Pearson.

Ian Williams, Director of Sport commented, 'It was a tremendous performance by the boys who had a mixture of Year 8 through to Sixth Form playing. Such is the depth of talent at the College. These events are a good opportunity for the players to test themselves against other local schools. The work undertaken by our Tennis Academy is helping these young players reach their potential.'
