U19 North Shropshire Basketball Tournament Champions

Local Schools from around North Shropshire recently took part in a basket ball competition; each team had to play two matches.  Ellesmere College got off to a shaky start, but managed to beat North Shropshire College.  In the second match North Shropshire College beat Adams (last years' tournament winners), so in the final match Ellesmere had to beat Adams to avoid a three-way tie.  Both teams were evenly matched, but Ellesmere played some excellent basketball and had the game won by half time.  Player of the Tournament Raymond Ng
